iLeader app for iPhone and iPad

This app presents a small glimpse of the theories, stories, and principles that were taught for the Master of Organizational Leadership degree program at Woodbury University of Burbank, CA. The curriculum included subject matter from the areas of psychology, ethics, group dynamics, conflict resolution, strategic communication, quantitative analysis, and innovation; the foundation of this app was inspired these courses and their content.

This app was created to fulfill the capstone creative artifact requirement of the program. The purpose of a capstone project was to capture a student’s understanding of organizational leadership and make it applicable in an innovative and meaningful way. Understanding the significant impact of technology and learning, this app and its games were created to deliver the various messages of organization leadership to hungry minds by modern and playful means.

This app contains a word search, a crossword puzzle, a fill in the blanks, a word scramble, and a picture match. Each of these games content pertains to a subject of Organizational Leadership.
